Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within cybersecurity
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Proficiency with Salesforce and experience with sales tools like Gong, Orum, ZoomInfo, and Apollo
- Startup mentality – adaptable, resilient, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Fluency in English and German to effectively communicate with international clients.Proficiency in any other European language is a strong plus
- Experience with Gong or similar conversation intelligence tools is a plus
What the job involves
- As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for EMEA, you’ll gain hands-on experience building sales expertise, deepening product knowledge, and contributing directly to the company’s growth
- You’ll work closely with the EMEA team to identify, qualify, and nurture new revenue opportunities within your assigned region
- This is a remote position, allowing you to work flexibly while driving the growth of our global business
- We’re experiencing high growth and are looking for our next SDR superstar for the EMEA region
- Identify & Qualify Opportunities – Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the enterprise market
- Engage & Nurture Prospects – Research and build targeted account lists, initiate outreach (cold calling, emails, networking), and foster meaningful connections
- Understand Customer Needs – Build relationships with prospects to uncover their challenges, goals, and pain points
- Drive Sales Pipeline Growth – Work closely with Account Executives to schedule meetings with qualified leads
- Exceed Targets – Consistently meet and surpass monthly and quarterly goals

Cyber attacks and data breaches are on the rise, particularly at enterprise level, leading to a spike in demand for solutions that offer a 360-degree view of the security landscape – something that many security vendors aren’t able to provide, or at least specialize in.
In a bid to unify and optimize all the security tools used by enterprises, Stellar Cyber offers an open Extended Detection and Response (XDR) platform which integrates with existing stacks such as AWS, G Suite, Crowdstrike, and Cisco to automatically detect and nullify risks.
Though founded back in 2015, Stellar Cyber has been on an impressive upward trajectory since rebranding from Aella Data in 2019 and becoming more focused on medium-sized businesses with lean security teams.
The fact that it’s been continually expanding its leadership team and advisory board, receiving multiple awards year after year, and partnering with Amazon Web Services suggests that the company is intent on and is sustaining its rapid growth.
