Role
Who you are
- French national with native-level French and fluent English
- 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in fintech, financial services, or digital/tech sectors
- Strong analytical mindset with proven experience tracking and optimizing marketing efficiencies (CPA, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates)
- Go-getter attitude with ability to work independently, take initiative, and make decisions
- Experience supporting diverse marketing projects and adapting to changing priorities
- Deep understanding of French market trends, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)
- Comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
- Experience with content localization and multi-market campaigns
- Knowledge of financial services marketing and regulations
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Braze, etc.)
- Understanding of performance marketing and paid acquisition channels
- Previous fintech or startup experience
- You're self-motivated and proactive, you identify opportunities and take action
- You think analytically and use data to drive decisions and improvements
- You're versatile and can switch between strategic French market planning and hands-on execution of broader marketing tasks

What the job involves
- We're seeking a driven and analytical Marketing Specialist to join our integrated marketing team in London
- You'll play a dual role: supporting our broader marketing efforts across the business while bringing specialized expertise in the French market
- As a native French speaker with strong analytical skills, you'll help drive efficient marketing campaigns, optimize performance, and ensure our French market presence is culturally relevant and impactful
- Support the integrated marketing team across multiple channels and campaigns, contributing to UK and pan-European marketing initiatives
- Analyze campaign performance across markets, focusing on key efficiency metrics including CPA, ROI, CAC, and conversion rates
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing spend and improve campaign effectiveness
- Own French market strategy and execution, identifying trends and opportunities specific to French consumers
- Manage content localization and adaptation for the French market, ensuring cultural relevance and resonance
- Monitor French market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and growth to support various marketing projects
- Execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms including social media, email, and paid advertising
- Develop and adapt marketing content for different audiences and markets
- Track, report, and present performance insights to stakeholders

That said, Plum has certainly found its place, with over a million users having downloaded the app. It was also voted Best Personal Finance App at the 2023 British Bank Awards, a testament to its popularity.
After a strong performance leading to more than 2 million users across 10 European markets, Plum secured funding, which will be used to strengthen its UK product offering and reach profitability in 2025. Plum has ambitious plans for the rest of Europe too, having launched ETFs for EU customers and partnered up with Eurobank. Other developments on the platform include the addition of "Watchlists" and "Price Alerts", two features that aim to further empower people by delivering smart notifications and portfolio control.
