What the job involves

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our team
This internship offers hands-on experience in IT operations, software systems, and enterprise technologies while working alongside experienced professionals
Assist with day-to-day IT operations and technical support
Help troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems and applications
Assist in documenting IT processes, system configurations, and user guides
Work with teams on basic development, testing, or automation tasks (as applicable)
Support data analysis, reporting, or system monitoring activities
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities
Real-world experience in an IT/technology environment
Mentorship from experienced IT professionals
Exposure to enterprise systems and best practices
Opportunity to convert to a full-time role (performance-based)
Internship certificate / stipend (if applicable)
