Role
Who you are
- 4+ years experience in operations measurement and analytics functions
- Extensive data and analytical expertise, including knowledge of industry best practices and measurement standards
- Strong Excel, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and multiple systems
- Experience working with standard data analytics and visualization tools
- Experience working with HRIS systems, experience working with HiBob is a plus. \
- Effective communication, influencing, and change management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
- General knowledge of the HR domain and core processes (e.g., benefits, payroll, onboarding, learning)
- Ability to work with highly confidential data
What the job involves
- As a People Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help improve people programs and processes
- You will work with datasets from various sources to identify trends and patterns, and communicate findings to key stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions
- You will have deep insight into the status of People Operations and analyze efficiency and effectiveness to recommend improvements in line with the People team’s vision
- Design and generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to the People Leadership Team and Business Stakeholders
- Produce high-quality presentations and deliverables using data visualization best practices
- Develop automated reporting solutions to streamline the reporting process and support ad-hoc requests and strategic initiatives
- Analyze data from the HR tech stack (e.g., HiBob and Greenhouse) to identify trends, patterns, and relationships related to recruitment, retention, employee engagement, performance, diversity, workforce management and other HR metrics
- Collaborate with the broader People Team to develop data-driven solutions that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in HR data to inform strategic initiatives
- Provide analytical support for HR initiatives and projects. Drive measurement plans for major initiatives to ensure they align to organizational goals and accurately reflect the results of those initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts and department heads to align people analytics with business objectives and priorities
- Support workforce planning and forecasting initiatives by analyzing historical data and predicting future trends in areas such as headcount, turnover, and talent acquisition
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency through data analysis
- Stay updated on the latest HR analytics tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure all HR data analytics processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Protect sensitive employee information by following data security and confidentiality standards
