- Comprehensive knowledge of demand generation channels and tactics, including paid social, founder brand, retargeting, SEO and paid search
- Solid project management skills and early business management experience
- You speak English natively, ideally you hold an EU passport
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, e.g. in marketing or business
- 3+ years of relevant work experience with at-least 1 year in SaaS
What the job involves
- As a Demand/B2B Marketer you will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns to educate our potential customers and create a qualified pipeline, shaping the go-to-market roadmap, and promoting the Surfly brand to grow affinity to our solutions within our target market
- Work closely with our marketing Agency (Unmuted) to bring our positioning and messaging strategy to life, create pipeline against a healthy ROI, and provide our sales team with the right signals to act
- Monitor and scale our performance campaigns across Google Ads, paid social and email marketing incl. roll-out to new channels (Reddit? Stackoverflow?) and geographies
- Work directly with a cross-functional team both in-house and external (incl. content marketing, visual design, copywriters, local sales team) in creating content and campaigns that resonate with our Ideal Customer Profile
- Become familiar with the Decision Making Unit of our prospects and learn all their pains and jobs to be done that we can help them solve, learn the words they use, and become the expert for where and how we should communicate our proposition
Our take
Customer service is one of the most frustrating costs borne by insurers and banks selling complex products. Surfly helps agents deal with requests through their co-browsing software allowing them to take over a customer’s web-session.
Unlike other co-browsing and video call customer service products, Surfly allows you to co-browse the full web without needing to change or modify any code on any website or force you to a virtual browser.
The companies biggest challenge is competing in a saturated market of sticky customer service software. Companies may be reticent to retrain agents used to their workflows on another platform, but with good funding at its back Surfly certainly has a swinging chance.
