- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in recruiting for positions requiring Developed Vetted (DV) clearance
- Familiarity with government security clearance processes and regulations
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and confidential environment
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
- Knowledge of industry-standard recruitment software and tools
What the job involves
- As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding individuals with Developed Vetted (DV) clearance
- You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to understand their specific needs and requirements, and then source, screen, and select candidates who meet those criteria. Your role will be vital in ensuring that our organisation and clients maintain a high level of security and trustworthiness in personnel
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify and source DV-cleared candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Screening and Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, security clearance, and suitability for DV positions
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions to meet their DV-cleared personnel needs
- Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment processes comply with government and industry regulations and security clearance requirements
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pool of DV-cleared candidates to respond quickly to client demands and organisational growth
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates, ensuring they are familiar with security policies and procedures
- Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to management on recruitment activities, candidate status, and industry trends related to DV-cleared talent
