Role
Who you are
- Your background will be in marketing analytics preferably in a marketplace / tech first business. This includes tooling such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager and strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and CRM)
- You’ll be skilled in advanced data analytics including SQL, statistical methods, and modelling large data sets (Python experience is a plus.)
- You’ll have strong data visualisation skills, including the use of tools such as PowerBI or similar and be talent in storytelling through data
- You’ll be commercially minded with a deep understanding of supply – demand dynamics in a marketplace set up
What the job involves
- Reporting to the Trade Growth Director, you’ll own the end-to-end reporting for the full acquisition funnel, analysing performance variations and delivering data-driven recommendations
- You’ll conduct in-depth analyses of trade acquisition data across marketing channels, sales, and product to uncover new growth opportunities
- You’ll build and maintain reliable data sources, enabling the team to self-serve key trade growth KPIs and make quick, informed decisions
- You’ll Implement best-in-class marketing mix modelling to accurately assess channel performance and attribution
