Who you are
- You are an outstanding People Coordinator who is excited about the opportunity to join the People team with an initial focus in recruiting at a fast-paced data science start-up
- You are enthusiastic when collaborating with hiring managers across multiple teams and you enjoy creating compelling candidate experiences
- You have a strong customer-service mentality and exceptional organizational and communication skills
- You are self-confident, open minded, and positive. You want to grow your generalist People skills and you look forward to interacting with bright, talented, interesting candidates
- Professional recruiting or people coordinator with 1 to 2 years of experience, experience at a software startup preferred
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience coordinating complex interview scheduling including one-on-one, panel interviews, in person and video conference interviews, often working with multiple time zones and regional offices
- Proficient and enjoys managing candidates and hiring managers through the search process, ensuring good communication and an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
- Process-oriented and able to adapt and modify systems to suit changing business requirements
- Ability to manage external recruiting vendor coordination
- Experience coordinating travel and lodging for out-of-state candidates
- Professional experience with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems a plus
- Ability to provide office management support for our employees based in New York City and the surrounding areas
What the job involves
- Quantifind is seeking a People Coordinator who will be a key member of a close-knit People team executing the company's hiring roadmap in a highly competitive recruiting market
- You will play an important role in hiring top talent and be a driving force behind the growth of our culture, product, and mission
- You will work closely with the recruiting team, hiring managers, people team, external vendors and other stakeholders
- You will also be responsible for coordinating and managing the New York Office co-working space
- You will have the opportunity to increase your recruiting and people skills as we continue to expand our teams

Quantifind aims to help combat this with automated risk decisions and anti-money laundering investigations, freeing up clients' security teams to focus on the biggest threats.
