- A seasoned leader with a proven track record of building and scaling enterprise sales organizations

- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven success in leading high-performing sales teams in B2B SaaS/software organizations
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience working in or with the Data/BI/Analytics space is strongly preferred
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A track record of driving results in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven decision-making
- Willingness to travel as needed to support your team and engage with customers

- As an commercial Leader - Regional Vice President at Sigma Computing, you will oversee the strategic direction and growth of our enterprise business within your region
- You will be responsible for building and leading high-performing teams, driving revenue growth, and fostering deep relationships with customers and partners
- In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate closely with leadership across sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to shape and execute our go-to-market strategy
- Leading and managing a team of enterprise sales professionals to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets
- Developing and executing a comprehensive regional go-to-market strategy in alignment with Sigma’s global objectives
- Recruiting, coaching, and retaining top talent to build a world-class sales organization
- Building strong relationships with enterprise customers and partners, acting as a trusted advisor to drive adoption and expansion
- Partnering with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive impactful customer outcomes
- Representing Sigma at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements to elevate our brand and presence in the market
