We're looking for a highly self-motivated, sales-oriented, competitive, and adaptable Business Development Representative to join the team
Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in high-volume prospecting, scaled outreach, and leveraging AI tools for process efficiencies when targeting multiple accounts. Be ready to share your passion for sales and lead generation
Able to quickly understand Riskified and our place within the payments, eCommerce, and fraud technology space
Collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization - we work in a very open and collaborative environment and encourage people who bring their ideas and ambition with them every day
Demonstrates high self-motivation, a results-driven approach, and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Proven ability to thrive and manage priorities in a fast-paced sales environment
Attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills

What the job involves

Riskified is growing our Business Development team — and this isn’t your typical BD role
Here, you’ll go beyond volume-based outreach to drive truly strategic and consultative engagement with some of the world’s largest enterprises and Fortune 500 companies
Prospect and research target companies to identify unique needs and business challenges
Develop creative, tailored outreach strategies to engage key decision makers
Execute sales discovery calls with prospects highlighting the value of Riskified's platform
Build relationships through networking opportunities, including conferences, trade shows, and industry events
Partner cross-functionally to drive ideas and projects designed to drive qualified opportunities and revenue growth

Digital fraud is a huge problem in eCommerce, and identifying insecure transactions is becoming increasingly difficult. A notable example is in the airline industry, with ticket-orders being declined due to false identification of a fraudulent transaction.

Riskified builds digital tools that use machine learning to recognize when a transaction is safe and secure based on previously analyzed transactions. The company was acquired by PayPal in 2008, and Eido joined PayPal's risk department, later moving to its automation department. He was then recruited by BillGuard and worked in the analytics department until he founded Riskified in 2012.

Assaf worked as a Researcher for Nokia alongside his studies. He then became the Head of Research Technologies at Kinetic Global Markets. Then Lectured at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design before joining BillGuard as an Algorithm Engineer in 2011, and then co-founded Riskified in 2012.
