• We’ve outgrown our flat engineering org chart. We need a servant-leader who can run the shop day-to-day while our CTO steers vision, leads R&D, and builds our team’s reputation externally
• People and performance management: 1:1s, growth, feedback, reviews

• Scale the team: owns the hiring process, pipeline and onboarding
• Coordination and alignment: with Product, Design and the rest of the business
