Role
Who you are
- 5-7 years of experience in a client-facing, customer success, or partner management role within the CTV, ad-tech, programmatic, data/identity, or SaaS ecosystem
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills; comfortable interfacing with both technical and commercial stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and drive projects forward with limited oversight in a fast-paced environment
- Strong baseline understanding of the CTV, programmatic, identity, attribution, and data partnership landscape
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, CS, and Legal to deliver solutions
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, and complex workflows with rigor and follow-through
- Passion for data-driven marketing, measurement innovation, and the evolving CTV/streaming ecosystem
What the job involves
- The Senior Partner Manager role sits at the center of iSpot’s most dynamic and influential ecosystem: data, attribution, identity, DSPs, OEMs, and publishers
- Serve as an external and internal face of iSpot’s partnership and integration strategy across the Connected TV ecosystem, including DSPs, OEMs/ACR partners, publishers, data providers, and attribution/outcome partners
- Act as a day-to-day partner lead, operationalizing and managing strategic partnerships, including: scoping, documentation, and ongoing relationship management
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to prioritize and operationalize new integrations that enhance measurement fidelity, identity match rates, and client performance
- Ensure GTM readiness by partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to translate new integrations into sellable and repeatable solutions
- Create and maintain partner materials including one-sheets, FAQs, GTM guides, enablement training, and internal documentation
- Manage partner operations and workflows, including timelines, follow-ups, risk identification, issue escalation, and cross-functional coordination
- Support partner and integration health checks to ensure partner success and long-term value creation

New streaming platforms and CTV provide novel data that shows great potential to improve advertising engagement. However, information such as how many times an ad was aired and watched, whether viewers were captivated, and how relevant it is to their viewing preferences can still be difficult to access.
iSpot.tv provides an ad measurement platform for TV, streaming platforms, and DSPs, allowing businesses to measure the success of their marketing campaigns in real time to fuel rapid optimization. The platform provides information such as brand recognition, purchase intent, likeability, and audience relevance, allowing businesses to benchmark this information against competitors to reduce wasted advertising spend and increase impressions. Over $500 billion of ad spend has been measured on the platform with almost 40 billion conversions attributed to iSpot.tv's service.
Whilst other marketing platforms are tackling similar obstacles to iSpot.tv, the company uniquely categorizes its data into insights that are easily understood and comparable relative to competitors. Furthermore, the company has ensured that its services are integrated with other 300 major streaming platforms and DSPs, futureproofing itself for the new wave of TV viewers.
