Role
Who you are
- Expert in SQL, Excel and business intelligence tools e.g. Looker, Redash (3+ years)
- Strategic thinker with 4+ years experience working with data-driven products
- Passionate about applying critical thinking and data analysis fundamentals to solve customer problems
- Skilled at organizing, analyzing, and vetting large volumes of data with great attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven track record of navigating complex ETL systems and collaborating with technical counterparts to improve operational processes and ensure data integrity
- Self-starter with the capacity to deliver on multiple initiatives, prioritize time and resources, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
What the job involves
- We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Data Operations team to ensure predictable, accurate and timely delivery of data to internal stakeholders and our customers
- In this role, you’ll be expected to partner with our commercial team to understand how our customers are using our data to inform key business decisions – and build high quality data solutions that allow them to do that with zero friction
- You will have the opportunity to collaborate with your team members in Data Operations, as well as Data Science, Engineering, Insight Analysts – and often, clients directly
- You will report to our VP, Director, Data Operations
- Partner with our commercial team to understand how our customers are using our data to inform critical business decisions – and design and build high-quality data solutions that allow them to do that with zero friction
- Ensure product updates are shipped rapidly and in full alignment with technical and commercial teams
- Analyze large datasets to identify and resolve data quality issues, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and engaging directly with clients as needed
- Develop QA efficiencies across the data pipeline to ensure predictable, accurate, and timely delivery of data to both internal and external stakeholders

The growing subscription economy has changed the relationships between brand and consumer, trending towards long-term deeper connections. Brands must know their subscribers and understand consumer trends. Antenna provides the data these companies need, empowering them to respond to what subscribers want.
Since the pandemic-born subscription boom, more and more brands are opting for the subscriber model, but they may lack important insight into the subscription economy. Antenna, which launched in 2020, provides predominantly streaming services with a broad contextual scope of the subscription market. Brands can use these insights to acquire, retain, and motivate subscribers even in a changing market.
Antenna has recently raised $10 million in funding, with backers including UTA-Ventures. The company plans to use these funds to expand across the growing, diversified subscription economy.
