Who you are
- Proven experience as a hands-on paid marketer, especially with Google Ads, social ads (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn), and other digital ad platforms
- Creative problem solver with an eye for what works visually and strategically in digital ads
- Quick to adapt and optimize in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with ad management tools (Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign performance
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively

- We're seeking a hands-on marketer with a knack for creativity and a passion for quick, high-impact ad execution
- In this role, you’ll lead the entire paid advertising journey, from strategic planning to ad creation, targeting, and performance optimization

- Design and implement an agile paid marketing strategy across channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more. You’ll take full ownership of our ad presence, driving conversions and business growth
- Roll up your sleeves to manage campaigns across platforms, fine-tuning bids, keywords, and targeting to meet and exceed ROI targets
- Work with content and design teams (or take the lead yourself!) to develop standout ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that attract and convert
- Conduct quick, deep-dive audience research to create targeted ad sets. Use demographic and behavioral insights to maximize impact
- Lead monthly and quarterly ad budgets, reacting swiftly to changes in campaign performance and ensuring budget is optimized
- Continuously track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, sharing insights and actionable recommendations to optimize ongoing campaigns
- Regularly launch A/B tests on ad copy, visuals, and targeting strategies to quickly improve campaign performance
- Partner with cross-functional teams in product, sales, and content to ensure alignment and boost overall impact
- Be quick to adopt industry trends, competitor tactics, and platform updates to stay ahead

Every day, companies must scrape information from documents and communicate it with their teams and clients, ranging from physical paperwork to digital spreadsheets and PDFs. Whilst necessary, this process is highly repetitive and time-consuming, and these laborious workflows make document communication prone to human error.
Rossum provides an automated document communication platform, leveraging AI to capture data from any physical or digital document format and automate the communication of said data to relevant parties. The company applies its technology to automate repetitive manual processes within invoicing, logistics, shared services, and other enterprise workflows, ultimately helping to improve communication accuracy whilst saving companies valuable time and resources.
Whilst AI-driven data capture from documents is nothing new, Rossum has taken a unique stance in the market by also automating the communication of captured data directly with those who must receive it. The company claims that this approach facilitates the prevention of manual processing of 90% of the document communication process.
