• Carrot Fertility Inc. is looking for an Accounts payable clerk to join our Accounting team that is organized and meticulous
• The duties of the accounts payable clerk include processing and auditing invoices, managing transactions on corporate cards—both virtual and physical—as well as handling travel and employee reimbursements
• This position is critical to making sure that our company's accounts are maintained current, vendors are paid on time, and confidential information is handled with integrity
• The position will be part of a developing Accounting team, with an opportunity to build and improve processes with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
• The Accounting team is fully remote and paperless, utilizing cloud-based software
• Carrot’s Accounting team is a strong, dedicated group with a focus on continuous improvement
• We are looking for a candidate to expand the Accounts payable function and support Carrot’s growth
