Director of FP&A, UJET

• Progressive FP&A experience, at the Director or Manager level, within an enterprise SaaS, AI or B2B software organization
• Direct experience with advanced financial planning, forecasting cycles, and strategic GTM operational analysis
• Demonstrated mastery of SaaS financial metrics (LTV, CAC, ARR, NRR, GRR, Product Margins, Bookings, Billings, ARR, Revenue Recognition) and advanced quantitative financial modeling
• Hands-on experience leading finance systems transformations (e.g., implementing/overhauling Planful, NetSuite, or data warehouses) in a high-growth environment. Not just a maintenance role but a proactive process and systems architect

• We are looking for a hands-on Director of FP&A to lead our financial planning and analysis function as UJET scales its AI-powered contact center platform
• Partnering with the CFO and other leaders throughout the organization, you will help drive financial performance by overseeing budget development, forecasting, spend management, business partnerships and investor reporting
• This role serves as a key strategic partner to UJET leadership, bridging financial forecasts with operational reality to ensure data-driven decision-making, commercial efficiency, and alignment to long-term strategic financial goals and value creation
• Lead the optimization of our financial planning architecture, replacing manual/spreadsheet-heavy processes with scalable, automated workflows and the utilization of FP&A software and implementation of new AI-native solutions
• Support commercial strategy through advanced financial modeling of go-to-market efficiency, customer acquisition, and pricing / discount governance
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to analyze and report on SaaS metrics (LTV/CAC, CAC payback, retention, ARR cohort analysis, pipeline throughput, product profitability and overall GTM team efficiency)
• Assist in capital strategy and execution, including investor communications, preparing Board reporting packages, supporting debt or equity financing activities through diligence processes,, and conducting financial due diligence on strategic M&A targets
• Drive enterprise efficiency across the business by optimizing software, cloud and AI stack investments, and refining human capital and other OpEx spend to expand net margins
• Establish, track and report on key operational performance metrics while translating financial data into actionable insights for leadership and Board of Directors
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure an accurate and efficient monthly close process
• Act as a strategic change agent to bridge Finance, GTM, and RevOps workflows; establishing consistent data governance and shared accountability for core SaaS metrics
• Standardize and document financial operating procedures (SOPs) to eliminate "tribal knowledge" and ensure scalability as UJET grows
