• The Customer Success community ensures customers get their desired outcome when using your product. A relationship-focused customer success strategy includes involvement in purchasing decisions, implementing and using products or services, and Customer Support. The CS team increases retention, prevents churn, builds loyalty, and generates account expansion revenue
• The Renewals Coordinator is responsible for the back-end operations of customer accounts including renewals, add-on orders, customer information capture, and billing details. They will also be pivotal to ad-hoc customer projects to ensure retention
• Coordinating renewal paperwork
• Monitoring upcoming renewals and coordinating with customers and procurement teams to ensure on-time renewal
• Creating quotes and coordinating signatures to close renewals
• Ensuring accurate customer product license creation, activation, and deactivation, per contracted products
• Being the first line of contact for customers for account-related items
• Updating Salesforce records consistently and accurately
• Partnering with Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, and Finance to address customer needs
