Engineering Manager, Rula

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience; 3+ years managing engineers
• Proven track record of delivering production software at scale in a fast-paced environment
• Strong technical grounding in web application architecture, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
• Proven experience building and scaling high-throughput production APIs or services
• Ability to stay close to code, review architecture, challenge tradeoffs, and unblock engineers without needing to be the primary coder
• Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and delivery velocity across multiple initiatives
• Prior experience hiring and developing high-performing engineers
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills working cross-functionally with Product & Design
