- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA)
- *Must be based in the New York Metro Area*
- Hybrid model - Ability to be in office at least 3x per week or more if needed

- The leader will add to our passion for delivering an innovative, world-class product that makes our customers successful and gives them joy along the way
- The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the product technical directions, managing all product development initiatives, and iterating quickly to solve customer demands
- The leader has an eye for high quality code, best practices & innovative approaches, and takes pride/ownership of whatever feature, product or codebase they’re working on
- In this position, the candidate will work closely with our Head of Product to deliver on all product initiatives and deliverables

Precision in scheduling and logistics is vital for the work of waste haulers, a sector that is responsible for the transportation of waste products from commercial sites. As sustainability becomes an ever more pressing issue, the need for haulers to meet the demands of net zero and environmental friendliness has meant that waste management software is in more demand than ever.
CurbWaste is a software solution for waste haulers to manage the logistics, tracking, training and onboarding needs of their business. With research suggesting that almost 70% of waste haulers prefer digital solutions, the company has tapped into a sector that, although originally reluctant to embrace digitization, has seen strong uptake and investment over the last few years.
That is certainly the case for CurbWaste, which received a funding round of $10 million at the end of 2023. The company will use this investment to expand its business reach, capitalising on the fact that waste management is coming under increasing scrutiny.
