What the job involves
- We are seeking a versatile, high-energy Content Lead to join us for a maternity cover contract. This is a pivotal role that sits at the heart of our brand, requiring a rare blend of creative storytelling and operational excellence
- You will be the guardian of our brand voice, responsible for producing high-quality written content at pace while managing multiple moving parts. We need someone who can hit the ground running, react quickly to shifting priorities, and maintain a high standard of work under tight deadlines
- Editorial brand voice and storytelling: Act as the lead writer for the business, ensuring all communications – from in-app copy to longer-form blog articles – tell a consistent, engaging story that adheres to our specific brand tone
- Project management: Manage the end-to-end delivery of a diverse range of projects across the brand and app, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and deadlines are met
- Reactive content management and copywriting: Respond to immediate business and marketing needs by producing clear, impactful comms
- Workflow coordination: Juggle content and comms tasks across different departments, prioritising effectively to ensure the most critical work is delivered first
- Proof-reading: Reviewing all outgoing materials for accuracy, tone, and brand alignment before they reach their final audience
- Supportive social media management: Support the the day-to-day presence of our app social channels, ensuring these platforms remain active, reactive, and on-brand
