Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent written English with strong attention to grammar, tone, and detail
- A portfolio or examples of writing (academic, personal, or professional)
- Comfortable using everyday digital and AI tools, and eager to learn new marketing technology
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g. WordPress, HubSpot) or social scheduling tools
- Basic understanding of SEO and content analytics
- Interest in aviation, technology, or B2B software
What the job involves
- Support TrustFlight's marketing team by producing content that builds brand awareness, generates demand, and contributes directly to pipeline and revenue across the aviation software market
- This role translates complex product and industry topics into clear, engaging content that attracts, educates, and converts aviation professionals, while building the foundations for a specialist marketing career
- Owns day-to-day drafting and scheduling of assigned content within an agreed editorial calendar
- Escalates campaign strategy, budget, and brand-positioning decisions to the Senior Director of Marketing
- Coordinates with product, sales, and design colleagues to gather input and source material for content
- Covers TrustFlight's global marketing content across web, blog, email, and social channels
- Write, edit, and proofread articles, blog posts, social media copy, and website content aligned to the brand voice
- Maintain and help schedule the content calendar, ensuring a consistent publishing cadence across channels
- Support SEO and demand-generation efforts through keyword research, on-page optimisation, and gated content that captures and nurtures leads
- Develop long-form thought-leadership assets such as white papers, guides, and articles, and repurpose them into social and funnel content
- Use AI writing and research tools to accelerate drafting, ideation, and content optimisation
- Track and help maintain content attribution in the CRM, reporting on how content contributes to pipeline, MQLs, and marketing-touched won deals

TrustFlight develops intelligent workflow automation platforms aims at improving efficiency and safety across the aviation sector. Its product suite spans maintenance programmes, technical support, technical and engine logs, and operation management, but recently, has evolved into a more connected ecosystem. With the rollout of its AI-driven SmartSuite, including tools for regulatory search and compliant document authoring, TrustFlight is increasingly positioning itself not just as a software provider, but as s central operating layer for aviation safety and compliance.
It's a slim sector to be operating in, and one that would seem dominated by entrenched industry giants. TrustFlight, however, has continued to carve out momentum, pairing steady growth with strategic partnerships, including working with Boeing on blockchain-based supply chain verification. More recently, its acquisition of specialist firms such as Baines Simmons, Kenyon Emergency Services, and Redline Assured Security signals a shift in ambition: from point solutions towards a fully integrated, end-to-end safety offering that spans training, compliance, security, and incident response.
This broader approach reflects a deeper industry shift. Regulatory demands are tightening, scrutiny is increasing, and aviation operators are under pressure to unify fragmented systems. TrustFlight's blend of deeptech with newly integrated services positioning it well to meet that need. Development sin this sector won't happen quickly, but they are critical and far reaching.
