Operations Assistant, CUR8

Desirable

• Manage the buying process with all our suppliers - vendor set-up, contracting, order forms, payment
• Ensure strong ongoing relationships with our existing and new carbon removal suppliers
• Manage the onboarding of new clients and portfolios into our customer platform
• Manage the process of retiring credits in the relevant registries
• Develop recommendations for new business processes and initiatives to support improvements in carbon and revenue operations
• Support the commercial team in the development of client portfolios for proposals
• Lead the iteration and signing of client contracts for carbon removal purchases
• Support on-going customer queries and problem solving; obsessing over how we make our service better, clearer, more impactful, efficient, and easy to communicate to our key stakeholders
• Ensure all sales data is well managed via Hubspot driving high-quality pipeline management and reporting
