• 🤓 4-7 years of work experience and have owned the delivery of numerous important projects. You're comfortable with high levels of ownership and are committed to doing a great job, whatever the challenge.
• 🤖 Tech-savvy & tech-curious (e.g. new tools often pique your interest and you can't help but play around with them). You've potentially tried to build your own tools, too. You're excited by the prospect of increasing your technical proficiency.
• 🧠 Analytical mindset—You know your way around a spreadsheet (especially large data sets!) and have exceptional attention to detail. You've possibly extended beyond the spreadsheet into other analytical tools.
• 🦏 A ton of Grit—The early days of a company are really hard work and are full of ambiguity, but often have great rewards once you push through the other side. You tend to find that you still have more in the tank even after others have tapped out.

Desirable

• Leading relationships with with our customers to understand their requirements, ideate with them and then setting a path to deliver what they need
• Creating Kernel agents using our in-house tooling to identify, create or retrieve the data our customers care most about
• Digging into the data to understand how our agents are performing once deployed, then optimising them for each use-case
• Working closely with our GTM/CS team to help close deals, from beginning to end
• Working on team-wide tooling to ensure that the breadth of your creativity is felt across our customer-base!
