Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement
- 7+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail, creativity and innovation
- Proficiency with social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Buffer
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Results-driven with a focus on measurable impact. Must prioritize impact over activity and be comfortable being proactive in all facets of the role
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a dynamic social media expert to join Procore’s Brand Marketing team as the Senior Manager of Brand Social
- This role will be instrumental in managing brand social media and influencer marketing efforts to amplify our messages, reach new audiences, and experiment with bold, innovative programs
- This position reports into the Director of Brand Advocacy and will be remote
- Develop and execute Procore's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging channels
- Drive the creation of high-quality, engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts that resonate with our target audience
- Monitor, evaluate and implement social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously optimize Procore's social media presence
- Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports to key stakeholders, identifying insights and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing objectives
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant news to identify opportunities for proactive engagement and thought leadership
- Builds an enablement model for global management of social media efforts and agencies
- Leads, manages and partners with social media agencies and vendors
