What the job involves
- Our Customer Support team is dedicated to providing prompt, friendly, and accurate assistance to our customers.
- We strive to create positive customer experiences and build lasting relationships
- Reporting To VP Customer Success
- Outstanding Service: Deliver exceptional customer support through various channels (phone, email, chat). First contact with customers and understand their needs
- Help: Assist customers with basic inquiries and resolve issues related to our software. Inquiries come in through phone, email and chat. All using one system, intercom
- Customer Support: Manage incoming customer inquiries and tickets efficiently using our Intercom ticketing system
- Product Familiarization: Become a product expert in SwiftComply’s compliance software
- Relationship Building: Create a positive first impression and foster strong customer relationships
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
- This is a part time role. Established hours will be by time zone:
- 9am-2pm EST Monday- Friday (2pm-7pm IST)

Offering a personalized, all-in-one compliance management solution for water utilities, SwfitComply originally focused on water usage in restaurants and other service businesses. This was largely due to Irish founder Mike O’Dwyer’s experience on Dublin City Council reducing the size of grease and oil-rooted fatbergs. The company’s services are used by businesses in 9 of the 20 biggest cities in the USA and offer workflow automation, Fats Oils and Grease (FOG) compliance programs, and rainwater and snow runoff reduction programs.
With a suite of solutions under its belt, SwiftComply has many bases in the industry covered. Having received several grants and rounds of seed funding between 2016 and 2019, the company continues to grow as societal relationships with sewage treatment and water quality become an increasingly prevalent global issue.
