Desirable

We’re looking for our first dedicated Business Development Manager to take ownership of a strong, active pipeline and turn opportunity into momentum. This is a rare chance to shape the sales function of a growing digital agency backed by a global tech group
- As the Business Development Manager you will take full ownership of the sales pipeline, cultivating relationships with new and existing clients and driving growth across digital marketing, design, and web development services
- You’ll be the linchpin connecting client needs with our talented delivery teams - playing a key role in shaping Brew Digital’s next phase of expansion. Your success will directly influence how the agency grows and evolves
- You will play a key role in growing the business and will report directly to the Senior Management Team. You will have strong communication, negotiation and selling skills, and knowledge of digital marketing
- Leading the response to inbound enquiries, rapidly triaging opportunities and engaging potential clients
- Building rapport quickly and guiding prospects through discovery, scoping, and proposal stages
- Developing and executing outreach strategies — including networking, events, social media, and direct engagement
- Negotiating contracts and agreements that deliver value for clients and profitability for Brew Digital
- Accurately forecasting and reporting progress, performance, and pipeline insights to leadership
- Building strong, lasting client relationships based on honesty, transparency, and trust
- Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and tenders
- Working closely with project and delivery leads to ensure a smooth handover and excellent client experience
- Partnering with Marketing to refine campaigns and lead-generation initiatives
- Contributing insights from client conversations to shape Brew Digital’s go-to-market strategy
- Helping to define and improve sales processes, CRM use, and reporting standards
- Staying ahead of digital marketing, design, and web development trends
- Understanding competitors and market shifts, ensuring Brew Digital’s offering stays distinctive and relevant

Reece joined TAG as an Associate Software Engineer in May 2019. Within 5 months, they advanced to Software Engineer, then to Senior in under two years, and by September 2024, became Staff Engineer.
Sarah joined TAG as a Project Manager in 2017 in the Toronto office. They found their true calling in Sales and made an internal move a couple of years later and have since advanced to become a Strategic Sales Executive.
Rodrigo initially worked with TAG as a Contractor before joining the UK team permanently as a Commercial Operations Analyst. Since then, they moved to the Madrid office as a Business Operations Manager.
