Role
Who you are
- Extensive Enterprise Sales experience with complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Fluency in English, and additional languages are a plus
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and acquiring enterprise clients
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and methodologies, including account planning and pipeline management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions in a compelling manner to C-level executives and lawyers
- Experience in a startup or similar fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Experience in sustainability, or the Voluntary Carbon Market is a plus
What the job involves
- You’ll work closely with our experienced founding team & SVP Growth in a collaborative, fast-moving, VC-funded startup
- You come with a hunter mindset and are at the forefront of driving our revenue growth by generating new business and developing a long-term client-base
- Taking ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and beyond
- Lead complex negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring favorable terms and timely deal closures
- Delivering a value-based selling experience to customers
- Engaging with prospective customers to understand their sustainability strategy and carbon credit needs
- Ensuring customers achieve their net-zero goals and business objectives by deriving maximum value of our product
- Maintaining and managing the customer pipeline in our CRM platform
- Working closely with our Solutions team to develop high-quality carbon portfolios to support client goals
- Partnering with Marketing to leverage campaigns that drive engagement and leads
- Attending conferences and travel as needed to meet with prospective and current clients, participate in networking opportunities to build brand awareness, and generate leads

Becoming carbon neutral is now a top priority for companies across Europe. In order to successfully make Europe net zero, businesses must hit compliance targets and minimize/offset carbon emissions. This is where Berlin-based CEEZER comes in.
CEEZER is a marketplace that in short wants to support its clients to decarbonise their operations. The company offers businesses a way to integrate both carbon removal and avoidance credits in portfolios, making the complex voluntary carbon market considerably more accessible.
The company has already passed several successful funding rounds and acquired many customers including the likes of DAX30. Though the market or this type of company is fairly saturated, the calling for the companies is so large that it shouldn’t be an issue. CEEZER is investing its latest fundraise in expanding its US presence and further developing both its product and team.
