Who you are

Security Expertise: 7+ years of experience in security, ideally at scaled companies (500+ employees)
Product Sense: You have strong opinions about security products and may have contributed to product development in the past
Cloud and DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS) and experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
Deep Technical Skills: E.g. you've worked as a Security Engineer, Red Teamer, and/or are a former Software Engineer
Collaborative Spirit: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
Agility and Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with the ability to pivot and adapt as needed

What the job involves

As our Security Researcher you'll play a hybrid role contributing across security, product, research, and go to market.
This is a unique opportunity to join as one of the first employees of a well-funded security startup building a product at the intersection of Generative AI and security
The focus of the role is on security research, whilst also looking after our internal security as we scale
Research: Continuously analyze the output of our AI models, creating feedback loops that improve the product and customer experience
Product: Work closely with founders, engineers, and AI researchers to define and build an innovative new security product
Internal Security: Develop our internal security programme and prepare us for scale
(Nice to Have) Develop the Brand: Write blogs, talk at events, and join the occasional customer call
