Who you are
- You’ll need to be a motivated, intelligent, and humble professional with proven experience in navigating complex organizations, engaging technical audiences, and influencing senior executives to deliver outstanding results
- 3+ years of experience leading enterprise sales teams of 4 or more members in SaaS companies, engaging with technical audiences
- Proven and consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Demonstrated ability to prospect and develop new business opportunities, including outbound pipeline generation
- Strong skills in converting prospects into customers through effective discovery, relationship-building, and sales process management
- Experience in creating and maintaining territory business plans and providing accurate sales forecasts
- Ability to travel within Germany to meet prospects and attend relevant events and conferences
- We’re seeking candidates who are hungry, humble, and smart
Desirable
- Experience ramping a new sales team in a startup environment
- Background in sales of Observability, Log Analytics, Monitoring, or APM solutions
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
What the job involves
- Coralogix is looking for a Regional Director, Enterprise Sales to lead our sales efforts in Germany
- As the Regional Director, you will play a vital role in mentoring and coaching our Enterprise Sales team while developing strategies to expand our presence in the German market
- Collaborate with our Vice President, Enterprise Sales, to develop sales strategies tailored to the german market
- Act as a player/coach, engaging with key decision-makers (e.g., CTO, CIO, VP/Director of Engineering/DevOps/SRE, LoB leaders) to build a strong sales pipeline
- Deliver compelling presentations and messaging, clearly articulating how Coralogix’s platform solves customers' challenges and drives measurable business outcomes

The drive towards data-driven business decision making, coupled with the rising complexity of data infrastructure has led to huge amounts of capital investment into Data Observability companies.
Coralogix is one such company – along with the likes of Crible and Monte-Carlo – to have secured hundreds of millions in funding as they look to get ahead of the competition. Each offers solutions that ensure the integrity and quality of data, but Coralogix sets itself apart by not requiring manual indexing from engineers.
The knock on effect of this model is that engineers can make faster queries, while large-scale data systems are able to grow without burdening engineers with manual tasks.
Though founded in Israel in 2014, Coralogix has been scaling aggressively since 2019, opening a second HQ in California and offices in India and the UK. Considering the health of the Data Observability market as well as its heavy funding, Coralogix looks well positioned for further growth, especially off the back of 2022 funding and its 2023 release of a Tracing Cost Optimiser, which claims to save 90% more on data ingestion costs.
