Engineering Manager, Amplitude

• You have 5+ years of engineering experience, including some part of that experience managing teams that ship fast and learn faster
• Shipped complex, high-impact products in fast-moving environments
• Strong opinions on architecture, code quality, and how to balance speed with scale
• Mastery of a modern stack (JS/TS, Python, AWS - you get it)
• A sharp product sense. You ask “why?” more than “how?”
• Experience (or strong interest) in behavioral analytics, session replay, or devtools
