Creative Strategist, SOLSKIN

• 3-6 years of proven track record in a similar role focused on creating conversion-driven content for e-commerce brands
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and conversion optimisation
• Exceptional creative thinking and storytelling abilities focusing on driving action within the Beauty industry
• In-depth understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
• Thrive in a rapidly changing environment, embracing change, and contributing a dynamic and forward-looking perspective to the team
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics, particularly on Meta platforms
• Proficient in creating & editing content
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills for both internal and external stakeholders

• Research, briefing, scripting, executing and editing high-performing creative content for ads across our key channels, inline with our overall business strategy
• Analyse campaign performance metrics, extracting insights for future campaigns and optimisations through rigorous AB testing
• Collaborate closely with the influencer network to curate content for effective ad campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative initiatives with broader company objectives
• Maintain a detailed creative calendar to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively whilst ensuring the execution of focused social plans for each of the Conders
