- Socius Marketing is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of Account Management to lead our team of account managers
- As the Account Management lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the relationship between our agency and our clients, ensuring that their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded
- You will play a pivotal role in driving growth, fostering client satisfaction, and maintaining strong partnerships
- Team Development: Lead and develop a team of Account Managers, providing guidance and oversight on accounts varying from local to national scale
- Client Support and Advocacy: Provide support, advocacy, and solutions to your team’s clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities
- Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve client issues, overseeing a team dedicated to maintaining and enhancing existing accounts
- Escalation Point: Serve as the primary point of escalation for any client issues, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction
- Manage Key Accounts: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and goals achieved through trust-building and strategic solutions
- Revenue Growth: Identify and seize cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase revenue within accounts
- Strategic Development: Develop strategies to grow accounts aligned with client needs and expectations
- Communication and Presentation: Utilize exceptional communication skills to influence key stakeholders both internally and externally, presenting solutions effectively
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver services and ensure customer satisfaction
- Customer Satisfaction: Influence customer lifetime value through high levels of satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS) performance
