Who you are

6+ years of sales enablement or sales training
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proven experience and thorough knowledge of sales skills and the seller journey
Experience with sales enablement technology, such as sales enablement platforms, CRM systems, and Learning Management Systems
Experienced in change management and project management
Comfortable engaging and communicating with sales executives
Experience with cross-functional departments such as Product Marketing and Sales Operations to drive coordination
Skill to derive business insights from data and business results
Excellent communication and organization skills
Proficiency to work independently with tight integration with international teams under tight deadlines
Must be a critical thinker with the desire to continuously learn and improve

What the job involves

This role reports to our Global Enablement Strategy leader
This Sr. Enablement Project Manager role will focus on sales enablement, education, and customer acquisition programs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, sales operations, product marketing, product management, and customer success to create and deliver programs that drive sales productivity and performance and enhance Aruba’s solution selling capability
Develop and implement sales enablement strategies and programs that align with the company's strategic initiatives and objectives
Develop, implement, and execute a global Aruba training program across three regions
Manage our account planning program with sales and sales operations to uncover customer information that will help develop seller relationships and opportunities
Develop and deliver sales training programs that provide the sales team with the knowledge and skills (Competency building) necessary to sell solutions and services effectively
Work with our content strategist and metrics leader to implement content standards across enablement and beyond
Develop and implement sales enablement technology solutions to improve sales team productivity and effectiveness
Analyse sales enablement program effectiveness and adjust strategies and programs accordingly
Introduce a competitive knowledge framework to help Aruba sellers identify the right strategy for every customer
Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement sales performance metrics and goals
Develop a network across different sales organizations in similar companies to identify the best practices and adapt them to Aruba's needs
Manage program tracking and communication
Regularly report on the program's performance and communicate business impact through monthly and/or quarterly business reviews
