Who you are

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role

What the job involves

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Partnership Development to join our team
  • This role is pivotal in driving strategic partnerships and alliances that align with our company’s growth objectives
  • Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships that align with the company’s business goals
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective partnerships with a goal to drive them to completion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring mutual growth and success
  • Conduct market research to identify potential partnership opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends
  • Lead negotiations with potential partners to secure favorable terms and agreements
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and successful partnership execution
  • Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Other duties as assigned
