Who you are
- Are you a results-driven professional with a strong track record of scaling marketing and commercial operations in Spain and/or Portugal?
- Do you have deep expertise in the Banking industry, particularly Business Banking, and experience in managing CPAs, negotiating partnerships, and developing commercial strategies?
- Are you passionate about expanding into new markets and shaping products to meet local business needs?
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in FinTech, startups, or Business Banking
- In-depth knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese FinTech landscape, particularly in Business Banking
- Proven experience managing marketing budgets, with a strong focus on cost efficiency and ROI
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Fluent in English (written & spoken) and additionally native-level of Spanish and Portugues
What the job involves
- We’re looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial Country Manager for Spain & Portugal to drive our growth efforts
- In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and commercial strategies, forging key partnerships, and ensuring our products align with the needs of businesses in both markets
- This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of Vivid’s expansion in Southern Europe, playing a pivotal role in our continued success
- Drive market growth by developing and executing go-to-market strategies tailored to Spain and Portugal
- Lead marketing initiatives focused on customer acquisition, branding, and performance marketing, ensuring cost-effective CPAs
- Establish and manage key partnerships with local financial institutions, payment providers, and other strategic partners to accelerate business growth
- Support product development by providing insights into local market needs, customer behavior, and regulatory requirements
- Optimize marketing budgets and performance metrics to maximize ROI on acquisition and branding efforts
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and expansion
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams—including product, compliance, and operations—to align strategies and ensure market success
