Engineering Manager, Iru

• 7+ years of experience designing, building and deploying scalable applications leveraging modern languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, Go, Java, or similar)
• 2+ years of hands-on technical leadership and people management experience
• Experience building high-volume or real-time data processing systems using streaming architectures (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis, Flink)
• Experience driving the design and implementation of large-scale initiatives for SaaS products
• Experience working in high growth startup environments and comfortable balancing tactical and strategic considerations
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and experience optimizing delivery processes
• Thrives in an environment with a high level of autonomy and responsibility
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• As the Engineering Manager, Vulnerability Management, you will oversee the engineering squad responsible for Iru’s new and fast-growing vulnerability management product
• You will lead the development of a high-performance system designed to process billions of events in real-time, enabling customers to detect and assess risks the moment they arise
• Your team will be responsible for delivering advanced security capabilities, including automated remediation and patching, allowing customers to close security gaps instantly without manual intervention
