Who you are
- The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and is skilled at keeping teams aligned and projects on track
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the tech industry, preferably in the Web3 space
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a project lifecycle
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively
- Notion proficiency
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A proactive problem-solver who can adapt to shifting priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with product development, marketing strategies, or partnership processes is a plus
- Requires availability across different time zones to accommodate a global team
What the job involves
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects across different departments (engineering, bizdev, marketing)
- Plan, organise, and oversee projects across multiple departments, aligning them with organisational goals
- Develop project timelines, set milestones, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met
- Schedule meetings, document decisions, and track follow-up actions
- Coordinate teams and foster effective cross-department collaboration
- Manage tools and systems to monitor project progress and performance
- Organise and support the execution of key initiatives, such as product and partnership launches
- Reports directly to the Head of Operations
