Role
Who you are
- With a proven track record, you’ll bring expertise in creative campaign management and a passion for delivering results
- Extensive experience in marketing campaign management, with a strong track record of delivering successful multi-channel campaigns
- Strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams
- Proven experience managing and inspiring creative teams
- Strong analytical abilities to assess campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders
- Creative mindset with a deep understanding of brand consistency and audience engagement
- Knowledge of the drinks industry or subscription services is a bonus but not essential
What the job involves
- This role will be a key driver in shaping and executing impactful, coordinated campaigns that deliver on key growth and retention objectives, as well as bringing our brand story to life and engaging our target audience
- You’ll oversee the campaign calendar to deliver strategic, cross-channel activity, directly manage the creative team, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive success
- Develop and oversee marketing campaigns to be delivered across multiple channels, including digital, email, social media, print, partnerships and PR
- Own the marketing campaign calendar, ensuring strategic alignment with key business goals and seasonal priorities
- Ensure that campaigns are optimised by channel, while also working in an integrated manner
- Work with channel owners to translate data-led learning and insights into more effective creative
- Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activity to keep our creative relevant and competitive
- Directly manage the creative team of designers and copywriters, providing mentorship and performance feedback to deliver impactful, high-quality work
- Lead ideation sessions to develop innovative and engaging campaign concepts
- Oversee the creative briefing process, managing the team’s workflow and ensuring work is delivered on time and to brief
- Uphold and develop Craft Gin Club’s brand voice and visual identity across all marketing channels to tell our story in the most compelling way
- Ensure all campaigns resonate with our target audience and reflect our values and mission
- Collaborate with Heads of Acquisition and Retention to ensure campaigns are supporting marketing objectives and delivering results
- Work closely with our Product Development and Ecommerce Manager to grow awareness and sales of our own-brand and shop ranges
- Work closely with our Digital Content & Social Media Manager and Magazine Editor to optimise campaigns across our owned content channels
