• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to both technical and GTM hiring
• Proven success in a fast-paced environment such as a growth-stage startup or top-tier tech company
• Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates and engage technical talent communities
• Strong working knowledge of ATS tools (Greenhouse strongly preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM platforms (e.g., HireEZ, Gem, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing with senior leadership
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills, able to juggle multiple searches without dropping the ball
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for building diverse, values-aligned teams
• A strong sense of urgency balanced with thoughtfulness and care in decision-making

• We are looking for a collaborative and motivated Recruiter to join Temporal on a 6 month contract
• You’ll be stepping into a high-impact position during a pivotal stage of our growth, with direct visibility across executive leadership, hiring managers, and key business initiatives
• In this role, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting exceptional talent across engineering, go-to-market, and general operations functions
• Working closely with hiring managers, People Operations, and leadership, you’ll develop and execute recruiting strategies that uphold our commitment to hiring with intentionality and excellence
• Your efforts will have a direct impact on Temporal’s scaling trajectory, ensuring we bring in people who share our mission and values and contribute to our culture of excellence and belonging
• Support hiring across a wide variety of functions, including engineering, sales, customer success, marketing, operations, and product, adjusting your approach to meet different team dynamics
• Partner closely with hiring managers and teams to understand hiring needs and priorities across departments
• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing through offer negotiation and closing
• Source high-quality, diverse talent through creative outreach, networking, and tools like LinkedIn, Gem, and open-source communities
• Manage and optimize recruiting workflows using our ATS (Greenhouse) to ensure a smooth, data-informed hiring process
• Provide a world-class candidate experience that reflects Temporal’s values
• Proactively identify and remove process bottlenecks, ensuring velocity without compromising quality
• Support onboarding transitions in collaboration with People Operations
