Who you are
- Collaborative with a strong intrinsic drive. You have high standards and ambitions, and expect the same from others. You’re solution oriented, can collaborate and communicate with seasoned Execs as well as junior candidates exploring their first job
- Curious and analytical, with an “always improve” mindset. You constantly ask yourself; how can we do this better, smarter, more efficiently? What does the data tell me? And then you test and iterate on your solutions
- Tech savvy. We are strong believers in technology as an enabler, you should be too
- Business minded: You can translate business requirements into talent needs - and spot that talent
- Equipped with a strong judgement, and can use that both in making calls related to recruitment as well as challenge the team around you
- An experienced recruiter, minimum 3-5 years of experience from similar roles, ideally from high growth Saas companies
- Comfortable with change and a problem solver. You do not only point out what needs to be fixed, you are part of the solution
What the job involves
- Planhat is scaling fast. To support our growth, we need to continuously attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent. Our hiring managers are deeply involved in recruiting, but to meet the pace of growth, we’re looking for someone who can be a force multiplier across our commercial and operations teams. That’s where you come in
- Own end-to-end recruitment for commercial and ops roles across Americas — sometimes leading the process, sometimes acting as a sounding board. You will recruit from entry level BDRs to the next VP
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand business needs and translate that into talent requirements
- Build and optimize sourcing programs — leveraging traditional channels as well as areas we have never thought of before
- Find not just good candidates, but people who can accelerate Planhat’s trajectory
- Bring structure, data, and precision to how we recruit — and help elevate the experience for candidates as well as internal stakeholders

According to Planhat, even though acquiring customers is essential for the initial growth of a company, long-term sustainable growth comes from maximising the lifetime value of existing customers. The Sweden-based but globally remote startup provides a modern customer platform that helps clients analyse insights regarding their target audience, manage workflow and drive customer experience.
Planhat distinguishes itself from other customer success software like Salesforce and Totango through its rapid deployment and easy adoption. The platform provides a range of solutions, from customisable customer health scores to management reporting and CSM team performance. It's been taken up by thousands of teams globally and its corporate customers include the likes of Consensys, Alation and Adenza.
Initially a bootstrapped company, Planhat had already built a significant business by the time it closed its first investment round in 2022. This funding is being used to support the company's growth by scaling its commercial teams, accelerating its R&D and further developing the product.
