What the job involves

This is an entry-level role so don't worry, we'll equip you with all the tools and support you need to succeed!
Provide technical support through chat and email to existing and new clients
Build and maintain a great relationship with customers
Communicate with clients from various backgrounds, nationalities, and cultures
Contribute to improving our technical documentation and knowledge base, troubleshooting the documentation for both internal purposes and clients
Represent CloudTalk proudly and professionally
Work Pattern: Monday - Friday, 08:30 am to 5:00 pm CET
