Who you are
- Minimum 8 years of Investor Relations experience within the UK market
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Masters degree or MBA is a plus, but not required
- Demonstrated success working with high-net-worth individuals and family offices
- A proven track record of converting leads, closing relationships, and driving commercial results
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong relationship-building skills and outstanding stakeholder management capabilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and strong sense of ownership
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience guiding, motivating, and developing teams to achieve ambitious goals

What the job involves
- Moonfare is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, and relationship-driven Regional Head of UK to accelerate our growth and deepen our presence among high-net-worth individuals and family offices
- In this pivotal role, you will shape and execute our UK strategy, cultivate key investor relationships, and build a high-performing Investor Relations team. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact as a fast-growing leader in private markets, working closely with senior leadership to drive Moonfare’s next phase of expansion
- Drive Moonfare’s growth in the UK by leading commercial efforts by leveraging your network and executing proactive, outbound business development
- Develop, nurture, and manage strong relationships with family offices and HNNI/UHWNI investors, serving as their primary point of contact post-onboarding to ensure a seamless and value-adding partnership
- Collaborate closely with our Marketing team to design and implement an effective regional go-to-market strategy tailored to the UK market
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking forums to elevate Moonfare’s brand and expand our investor community
- Gather and communicate investor feedback and market intelligence to ensure our offerings remain aligned with investor needs and emerging demand
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing UK Investor Relations team focused on delivering exceptional client engagement

Our take
Many high-level investment opportunities are solely reserved for financial institutions. This means that top-tier equity funds are completely out of reach for most private investors. Moonfare solves this problem by giving individuals access to institution-level investing.
Moonfare's platform allows investors to participate in funding rounds offered by some of the biggest investing companies, including The Carlyle Group and Tiger Global. The company offers investment opportunities with investment minimums as low as €50,000, which is about 100x less than the traditional minimum. So, while not everyone can afford to make investments through the company, a much larger pool of people have the ability to enter private markets.
Moonfare is headed up by an impressive team of KKR, BlackRock, Amazon and J.P. Morgan alums, which adds significant credibility to its product. The platform has also grown considerably since launching and more recently partnered with Fundcraft to enhance its digital infrastructure, automate fund administration, KYC, and capital call processes. This integration enables eligible investors to register and invest directly online in minutes, an exciting feat which will surely catch the eye of many investors.
