What the job involves
- Trustpair is launching an exciting rebranding project and is searching for a Digital Marketing Intern or Apprentice to help support the team for a period of 6-12 months starting in January 2024
- The role will help to support the large-scale project from A-Z, alongside our dedicated rebranding squad
- You'll collaborate with many internal and external stakeholders across Design, Engineering, Copywriting and report to Agathe, our Head of Global Brand & Communications
- You'll have an international scope, working on website management in French, English and Italian
- The position will have a huge impact on Trustpair's scale, helping us to achieve ambitious inbound lead generation objectives by having a top performing website, completely rebranded within our project deadline!
- You'll manage the website stack (Wordpress + Elementor) to ensure website performance, troubleshooting and fixing issues in collaboration with developers, designers, and copywriters
- Manage the website's facelift from A-Z, ensuring mockups are transformed into efficient website pages in French, English and Italian
- You'll be responsible for meeting deadlines and ensuring our new website is live on time
- Participate in traffic management optimisations, reflections and ensure a zero bug policy on the website to answer our high conversion objectives
- Analyze website data and deliver Matomo reports as required

Founded in 2017, Trustpair was conceived to solve the B2B payment fraud issue for large corporations by offering a SaaS platform that allows finance teams to control the accuracy of their third-party data.
The founders were appalled by the idea that companies could cumulatively lose billions each year because of B2B payment fraud. In fact, in 2021, French companies lost €70M due to transfer fraud. It is perhaps unsurprising therefore that the company has been able accrue many large corporate clients who use the platform daily.
Founded in Paris, successful funding has enabled the company to secure its market-leading position in France. It has also invested capital into accelerating the expansion of international markets in Europe as well as penetrating the United States.
