Who you are

We are seeking an experienced Partnerships lead with a knack for navigating complex organizations and an established network and experience in private equity, preferably within NYC
5-7 years of experience in venture capital and private equity, with a strong personal network in the industry
Ability to strategize and execute complex business deals
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Creative and smart approach to problem-solving and strategy development
Ability to cultivate relationships with partners, gaining deep insight into their business and creatively designing solutions for their needs
Strategic thinker with ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work cross functionally across different teams
Delivering an incredible consumer experience - every single time
Strong work ethic, high energy, intellectual curiosity, a results-driven mindset, and a team player
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

What the job involves

You will devise and execute a complex strategy with a variety of sophisticated stakeholders (investors, portfolio operations specialists, IT folks, portico c-suites, etc.) to generate and grow business from leading global private equity firms including Apollo, Blackstone, KKR and more
Cultivate and expand partnerships within the private equity sector
Develop and implement strategies for acquiring business through referrals of portfolio companies
Navigate complex deal structures and organizational hierarchies with creativity and intelligence
Work closely with sales to drive business development efforts with P.E. portfolios
