- ️ Execution-Focused Builder: You break through barriers to get things done with a relentless focus on customer value, while also laying the tracks for scalable, repeatable implementations.
- 🤖 AI Process Automation & Workflow Design: Experience implementing AI automation in customer environments — running discovery, mapping workflows, aligning needs to system capabilities, and identifying gaps.
- ⚡ Fast Learner with Logistics Curiosity: Able to go extremely deep into freight workflows quickly. Prior logistics experience isn’t mandatory — the ability to learn fast and dive deep is.
- 📐 Data Native: Comfortable wrangling data, working with LLMs, and partnering with data engineers on transformations needed to get customers live.
- 🎤 Sales-Comfortable: Confident demoing and handling technical sales conversations.
What the job involves
- 🎯 Drive Customer Outcomes: Work incredibly closely with our CEO to ensure customers achieve exceptional results on Nexcade. Deliver the slickest, fastest implementation process of any logistics vendor they work with.
- Forward-Deployed Delivery: Partner with Engineers to scope and build functionality and agentic capabilities that unlock core value during and after implementation.
- 🧭 Rationalize Back to the Core Product Roadmap: Flex into a PM role to (a) turn Forward-Deployed learnings into core product improvements, (b) champion and define new features that drive better outcomes, and (c) identify “topping” that accelerates deployments and time to value (e.g., email mining, data cleaning).
- 🖥️ Own Our Demo Environment: Ensure it resonates with prospects and can flex to showcase different value propositions across personas.
- 🔐 Own the Technical Sale: Navigate technical buyers on integration, implementation, and security topics with confidence.

The glue holding together the business of global trade, freight forwarding, for the most part, still relies on manual work, email and fragmented data. Across the various nexus points of the freight shipping business, automation is simply not agile enough to meet the customer demands and fluctuating data of the fast-moving industry. Nexcade is aiming to solve these problems through its agentic AI solutions.
Nexcade’s AI agents extract the unstructured data from emails and employee conversations to simplify pricing, rate procurement and quotes, effectively automating and tying together the various aspects of a freight business to work more efficiently. Effectively, communication chains are turned around from days to minutes, meaning that teams move from reactive to proactive mindsets.
Having emerged from stealth in 2025 with $2.5 million in pre-seed funding, Nexcade’s next step is to grow its customer base and strengthen its partnerships.
