What the job involves
- You will work closely with our current Operations Associate and Founder Associate, and report into our VP of Operations who will facilitate your development in the role
- Operational Projects: Own and track strategic operations projects for the business, ensuring actions are accomplished and deadlines are met. These projects can span every team in the company e.g. one day could be building a product dashboard, project managing a website redesign, creating a sales report or organising our annual offsite
- Enhance Business Efficiency: Supporting the Ops team with day to day aspects of running the business with a diverse range of operational topics including onboarding, internal tooling and compliance to ensure smooth running of our processes
- Event Strategy: Support the coordination of internal events, off-sites and team-building activities. You will focus on how we make our culture the best it can be from the content we present, the activities we run and the socials we organise across the team
- Content Creation: Create decks for the leadership team for a range of internal or external / customer facing use cases e.g. sales pitches, customer demos, hiring briefs etc
- Office Management: Assist with general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing office vendors, and ensuring the workplace runs smoothly
