Role
Who you are
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a broad HR Generalist role
- A good understanding of US employment practices and benefits administration
- Experience supporting employees throughout the employee lifecycle
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, flexible, and service-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with EOR providers or international employment is a plus
- Experience or interest in employer branding is a plus
- Experience working with HR systems such as HiBob, Deel, or similar is a plus
What the job involves
- While most of our People team is based in Stockholm, you'll be our local People presence in the US, working closely with employees, managers, and key stakeholders in New York while collaborating with colleagues across our global organization
- You'll support our growing US team of 30+ employees, while also coordinating employment matters for our international employees through our Employer of Record (EOR) partners
- This is a broad, hands-on role where no two days are the same
- From onboarding and benefits to employee support, workplace experience, and local office operations, you'll play an important role in creating a positive employee experience
- We're looking for someone who enjoys being the go-to person for employees
- You're proactive, service-minded, and equally comfortable answering a benefits question, coordinating a new hire's first day, improving a People process, or helping make our New York office a welcoming place to work
- Act as the primary People contact for employees and managers in the US
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, and HR documentation
- Administer US benefits, including annual renewals, enrollments, and employee support
- Support employees and managers with HR-related questions, policies, and day-to-day employment matters
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Payroll, and external partners to ensure compliant and efficient People processes
- Coordinate employment administration for employees hired through Employer of Record (EOR) partners
- Support onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, and international employment setups
- Partner with EOR providers to ensure a smooth employee experience for our international employees
- Support consistent and compliant employment processes across our international workforce
- Serve as the primary People contact for our New York office
- Coordinate workplace operations, facilities, vendors, and office logistics
- Support local onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, office events, and visitors
- Help create a welcoming, well-functioning workplace that reflects our culture and values
- Support recruitment activities, including interview coordination, offers, and onboarding
- Support employer branding initiatives as needed
- Maintain accurate employee data and HR systems
- Contribute to improving People processes, documentation, and ways of working
- Support global People initiatives as required

The women's health space is seeing a rise in demand for more natural, hormone-free contraceptive aids. Responding to this, Natural Cycles is a women’s health company that has developed the world’s first direct-to-consumer contraceptive app.
The app, used by over three million users worldwide, is unique for being the only digital form of birth control cleared by regulators in the US, Europe, Canada and more. It uses algorithms to analyse basal body temperature and predict fertility, offering an alternative to traditional contraceptive methods.
The company continues to grow its offering, with a recent innovation being the introduction of a postpartum feature, supporting new mothers in their recovery journey. It has also raised substantial funding that will be used to accelerate commercial growth, develop new products and enhance healthcare reimbursement processes.
