Role
Who you are
- 2-4 years B2C marketing experience
- Experience creating campaigns in SFMC, Braze or Marketo type marketing platforms
- Strong abilities in problem-solving, project management skills and highly organized
- Experience with quality assurance processes + extreme attention to detail
- Track record of executing growth campaigns (email and push) in a fast-paced environment with a high-degree of accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Excel, with an interest in and ability to perform data analysis
What the job involves
- Progyny is seeking a Growth Marketing Campaigns Associate who will manage and execute end-to-end production of marketing campaigns to drive member acquisition and engagement
- Manage the end-to-end production process for email campaigns and push notifications
- Develop and implement growth marketing campaigns (email, push) that align with business KPIs and drive member acquisition
- Analyze and monitor campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns and improve overall performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are integrated with other marketing and product initiatives
- Communicate campaign updates and results with stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to marketing campaigns
- Solicit requirements, specifications, and assets from business analysts for email campaigns
