Role
Who you are
- 3+ years working with clients, ideally in the world of personalisation or optimisation and eCommerce
- Strong proficiency in Frontend technologies such as Javascript, HTML and CSS. React would be a bonus but not essential. You’re also comfortable with DOM manipulation and event handlers
Desirable
- Ability to write quality, effective and reusable code
- Excellent communication skills to feedback to clients and the wider team
- An eye for quality UI/UX design, working with or without designers to deliver solutions
- Adaptable, being able to jump from client to client on a daily basis and delivering work in an efficient manner
What the job involves
- Design, build and implement personalisation solutions for retailers
- Become an expert in personalisation, ensuring that you continue to push boundaries
- We unlock personalisation for our clients and implementing solutions helps tell this story.
- We’re looking for a front end developer to help us design, build and implement vanilla Javascript components and experiences for a wide range of clients based on customer insights and data.
- You’ll spend the majority of your time building and implementing personalised solutions for our client sites
- You'll also be involved in ideation sessions, collaborating with the wider team and feeding back to clients

In the realm of eCommerce, an excessive fixation on conversion rates has cast a shadow over the essence of individual customers. Made With Intent steps into this landscape to tackle this issue and bridge the gap between numbers and genuine connection.
The current paradigm prioritises pages over people, focusing on ready-to-buy consumers (as few as 2% of users) while sidelining the broader spectrum of intent. Made With Intent addresses this imbalance by providing a Customer Intent Platform, and introducing the Expected Conversion (xC™) metric. This departure from convention equips retailers with analytics that decode nuanced customer intent.
Made With Intent is early stage and currently in Beta. Already it has generated a 9.4% revenue uplift across 6 retailers. With a fresh approach to widespread problem in eCommerce, the company are well set to make a big impact in the space.
