Who you are
- Full-time undergraduate/graduate student in good academic standing or recent graduate (within 1 year)

What the job involves
- As a Client Success Intern, you will engage with the Client Success and Security Operations teams to understand the daily activities performed by each team to support the BlackCloak mission
- You will report directly to the Director of Client Success, with additional oversight provided by a designated Client Success Specialist
- Work with the Client Success team, as a note-taker, for client onboardings and follow-up sessions. Observe the BlackCloak team as they enhance clients’ cybersecurity posture on their devices, home networks and personal information
- Work with the Education Coordinator to develop educational guides for employees, clients and prospects. Conduct research as needed to support the development of those guides
- Work with Client Success and CyberSecurity teams on the development and maintenance of internal policies and procedures
- Work with the CyberSecurity team and observe Support Specialists in the response and/or escalation of client’s cybersecurity questions and concerns
- Work with the CyberSecurity team and observe actions performed as it relates to penetration testing and malware forensics. Assist with forensics analysis and fact gathering as needed
- Other duties as assigned
